What are Project Actions?

Project Actions are automated prompts or tasks triggered when specific changes occur in a project’s status.

In Teamdash, you have five different project statuses:

  • in progress

  • finished

  • failed

  • on hold

  • draft

Project Action Types

There is one Project action you can set for every project :

  1. Message project members

    This action automatically sends a message to selected project members when a project’s status is marked in a designated way.
