Teamdash offers Totaljobs Connect integration that is fast and easy to set up.

How does the integration work?

  • Candidates will log into their Totaljobs account and click on the “apply button” for a suitable job ad they wish to apply.

  • The candidate is redirected to a Teamdash landing page. They can read about the offer and apply via the Teamdash application form. Recruiters can customize all landings and application forms in Teamdash.

  • Automated status updates in Totaljobs provide transparency for the candidate.

Integration Setup

Preparing the Feed in Teamdash

  • Navigate to the Integrations menu and click "Add integration"

  • Choose Totaljobs from the "Type" menu and you will see the following form:

  • Add a friendly integration name. This will be internally visible in Teamdash, e.g just "Indeed". Keep the integration Public.

  • You will need to enter a Username and Password. This will be prepared by your Totaljobs account manager.

Requesting a Username and Password from Totaljobs

Contact your Totaljobs account manager and kindly ask them the credentials. You can use the following request template:

Hi!

We wish to integrate our Totaljobs account with our applicant tracking system Teamdash. Please prepare a feed account for us to enable posting multiple jobs to your site via an XML feed. We require the Username and Password to move forward in Teamdash.

Thank you in advance.

Totaljobs should quite quickly send you an automated email with needed credentials:

Copy and paste the given Username and Password into Teamdash and Save new integration!

Why does Totaljobs require candidates to log in before applying?

  • to gather insight on their applicants, Totaljobs includes a questionnaire to the sign-up form

  • it helps to filter out bots and robots

  • it helps to exclude applicants from overseas without a work permit

  • it helps them track DEI targets
