Teamdash Forms can be utilized for various use cases. While creating an application form for your landing pages is the most common use case, Teamdash enables a convenient way to use the Form Builder to create and collect screening questions, home tasks, candidate feedback.
Sharing forms with Candidates
Have the Form prepared under the Forms menu. Whether it's a home task you wish to share in a specific recruitment stage or gather feedback on candidate experience at the project end, create and name the Form under the Forms menu in advance.
βShare the Form using the [form_url] merge tag
All views for composing and sending out a message offer to include a merge tag called [form_url] into your email.
βAfter adding [form_url], Teamdash asks you to choose a Form to include into the outgoing message.
When clicking Send message, all applicants receive a unique link generated for them from the merge tag.
The unique link allows Teamdash to exactly match the given answers with the regarding Candidate Profile.

To make sure everything reaches the candidate profile by your preference, check the Form Field settings on Candidate Profile Target Field.
Forms and confidential projects
Automatic Form / Confidential Project:
the Form is visible to all full users under the Forms menu.
Candidates who submitted answers for a confidential project, are not visible to non-project members from the Form Submissions table.
