Job Ads and DEI principles: inclusive language check by AI

In our landing page tool, we have an inclusive language check with the help of AI - to ensure your copy is not discriminatory towards anyone. AI analyzes and checks your copy, and gives feedback on how well the content complies with the DEI (diversity, equity, and inclusion) principles. If needed, the AI gives recommendations to improve your copy!

Filling in the candidate profile

AI automatically fills in candidate profile fields using information from CVs and LinkedIn profiles. This occurs when a candidate is dragged and dropped into the project.

Candidate summaries

Let AI offer you a quick summary of the candidate to speed up CV screening and sort out possibly irrelevant applicants for the position.

To get quality recommendations from the AI, provide input by

  • adding a descriptive project title

  • adding a list of requirements to the project description

    You can manage the summary preference from the Project view under the Stage settings.


  • With summary: The recruiter can see brief written overviews and AI assessments for position fit and speed up the preselection from submissions to interviews.

  • Only summary: the summaries can also be used anonymously to guarantee there’s no bias in the recruitment process – the profiles are referred to as “Candidate #123”.

Add tags with the help of AI

Teamdash offers an automated stage action called Auto-Add tags AI.
The recruiter can set a range of tags as keywords you would wish to find from submitted candidate information. AI assigns tags to candidate profiles based on various attributes, such as skills, experience, education, and keywords extracted from resumes or application materials.

Sort candidates by similarity with AI

An AI-powered system that sorts candidates based on their similarity to selected benchmark candidates using their CVs. It achieves the best results while mitigating bias. You can select multiple candidates from either the Talent Pool or the project itself.
