Filling in the candidate profile
AI automatically fills in candidate profile fields using information from CVs and LinkedIn profiles. This occurs when a candidate is dragged and dropped into the project.
Candidate summaries

To get quality recommendations from the AI, provide input by
adding a descriptive project title
adding a list of requirements to the project description
You can manage the summary preference from the Project view under the Stage settings.
With summary: The recruiter can see brief written overviews and AI assessments for position fit and speed up the preselection from submissions to interviews.
Only summary: the summaries can also be used anonymously to guarantee there’s no bias in the recruitment process – the profiles are referred to as “Candidate #123”.
Add tags with the help of AI
Teamdash offers an automated stage action called Auto-Add tags AI.
The recruiter can set a range of tags as keywords you would wish to find from submitted candidate information. AI assigns tags to candidate profiles based on various attributes, such as skills, experience, education, and keywords extracted from resumes or application materials.
