Often, there may be a situation where the candidate has applied to different positions with different files (CVs, cover letters, etc.) In Teamdash, an admin can set whether limited users see all candidate files in the attachments list linked with that profile or limit the view to project-specific files only.
By default limited users have access to all the files regarding the candidate.
The administrator can adjust this option by navigating to the Organization settings, the Project tab:
Enabling the toggle "Inherit limited user file access from projects" applies a restriction, that limited users see only the documents added under that project in the attachments list. All other attachments (added in a previous project or from Talent Pool), will be hidden.
