Show if a candidate is in another active project
Sometimes candidates hesitate to decide on which position to apply for. Sometimes things get clear along the process and the candidate submits their CV for multiple open positions. To make your life easier, Teamdash helps you to detect if the same profile is currently active in other in-progress projects.
Move to the Organization settings menu. Under the Project tab, you will find a preference called "Show if a candidate is active in other projects":
Switch this on. By default, the option to show other projects on the candidate card is off.
If such a profile reaches your project, you can see a green notice on the pre-view card with a list of Project names and a Stage name, where the candidate is currently active:
