Teamdash makes managing images for career pages and job ads easy with the Picture bank. Recruiters can upload and store images that can be used across landing pages. This allows teams to maintain a consistent visual style and quickly reuse approved images when creating or updating landing pages.
Teamdash keeps all pictures in Uncategorized by default. Creating your own categories helps you find and use pictures more efficiently.
Custom image categories
You can create custom image categories on the Picture bank page (Picture bank in the main menu, or Job ads → Picture bank).
Click + Add category.
Name the category – it works as a folder for your pictures.
The category appears in the list on the left and in the landing page builder when you choose an image.
On the Picture bank page you can manage all your pictures.
Select a category and click Upload to [category] to upload pictures straight into it, search pictures by name and sort the list.
To move pictures to another category, select them and use Move to…, or drag them onto a category in the list.
Remove deletes the selected pictures.
To rename or delete a category, hover over it in the list and use the edit or delete icon. When you delete a category, its pictures move to Uncategorized.
Custom categories allow teams to organize uploaded images based on their intended use (e.g., banners, team photos, office images, consent photos and CVI/branding materials), ensuring that all visuals are structured and easy to find when building or updating landing pages.
Selecting images from the picture bank for landing pages
When designing landing pages in the landing page builder, choosing an image for a block opens the Choose an image panel.
The Library tab lists your pictures by category. Pictures without a category are under Uncategorized. Use the search to find pictures by image or category name.
When uploading new pictures in the Upload tab, choose the Category first.
The panel also has a Recent tab with recently used pictures, a Stock tab with stock photos, and a Crop the current image option.
