Marking underage candidates

How to Set the Minimum Age Threshold:

  1. Navigate to Settings → Organization settings → Project tab, under Candidate card settings

  2. Find the toggle switch named 'Mark underage candidates' and turn it on

  3. Add the Underage threshold (18 for example)

  4. Save

How It Works

  • Teamdash AI parses date of birth from CVs or imported job board applications.

  • If a candidate is underage, a warning flag appears on their candidate card within the Project view and within the Talent Pool view

  • A new additional filter has been added within the project view to show all candidates below the required minimum age

The warning shows the minimum age and how long until the candidate reaches it, for example "Underage (18 in 1 yr.)".

Tips

  • Review flagged candidates during screening.

  • Verify age when screening for accuracy.
