There are several ways to get data and performance overviews in Teamdash. In addition to Reports, you can get a detailed overview of your project performance right in the project view – it's the Statistics tab at the top of your project:
The Statistics tab shows the project's number of candidates, cNPS and time to fill, a Candidate progression chart, a funnel that you can group by source, and a "Why do candidates drop out?" chart. The Project statistics table described below is at the bottom of the tab.
Data in Project Statistics
Rows
You can choose between 3 default different data subjects:
All - the number of candidates.
Source - candidate numbers separated by applicant source.
Candidates - all candidates are listed separately by name.
In addition:Custom fields - you can base your selection on custom candidate fields added to your instance.
Columns
You can choose if you want to see candidate conversion rates between stages or stage categories.
Values
You can choose if you wish to see the rows and columns give you an overview of:
Count candidates - number of candidates with conversion rates.
Average time in stage - the average number of days the applicants were kept in a stage or stage category.
Benefits
The project statistics table can help you with the following:
detect bottlenecks in your recruitment process. If you wish to bring down your time-to-hire metric, the breakdown by average time in stage helps you to find and resolve the most time-consuming stages.
improve the workflow. If you've mapped where your recruitments slow down, deciding what tools would help you speed up the process is easier. It might be automation, asynchronous video interviews, or ways to improve collaboration with hiring managers.
assess source performance to make better decisions on marketing channels and budgeting. The project statistics table gives a quick and clear overview of where your best candidates come from.
