LinkedIn integration with Teamdash
All Teamdash users can use the XML integration, which allows them to publish job ads from Teamdash to LinkedIn.
How does it work?
Create a job ad as a landing page in Teamdash. Create and design the content to your preference, but make sure the landing page includes an application form.
Export the active job ad to LinkedIn feed. The listing will appear under your company's Jobs on LinkedIn.
Candidates can open the listing, and the Apply button will direct them to the Teamdash landing page. Candidates apply through the Teamdash application form and will be added to the project.
Integration set up
Preparing the feed in Teamdash
Navigate to the Integrations menu and click "Add integration"
Choose LinkedIn from the "Type" menu, and you will see the following form:
Add a name - this will reference the integration and is visible to only you in Teamdash
Add LinkedIn Company ID.
The LinkedIn Company ID is a string of numbers, usually 6 to 9 digits long, that is unique to your company.
You can find the Company ID in the URL of the search results page when you search for your Company Name in the Company dropdown.

Save the integration
You will now see a new active LinkedIn integration under the Integrations menu, which means that you can start posting!
Publishing a job ad to LinkedIn
Initiate a new export in Teamdash from your project view or under the Job Ads menu.
You will find LinkedIn as an export channel to publish job ads:
Click next to add job ad details that will be visible on LinkedIn job ad preview and Publish!
Waiting time
All information between Teamdash and LinkedIn is updated and synchronized every 24 hours. This is the maximum wait time to see your job ad appearing or updating on LinkedIn Jobs.
