Teamdash offers a quick overview of your recruitment processes. The Recruitment Performance tab on your dashboard measures the most critical key performance indicators. This helps you to assess your progress, and pipeline health, and conveniently retrieve visual reports by set period.

The Funnel view

The Funnel view on top of the recruitment performance tab visualises your general recruitment funnel to help you find bottlenecks and weaknesses in your recruitment processes. It might be a specific stage in your recruitment timeline or an applicant source performance needing your attention.

The main indicators of the funnel view

The funnel view is displayed in columns. Each column represents a stage category. By default, you will see conversion rates through the following categories: Submissions, Interviews, Offers, and Hired.

Conversion rates between stage categories

  • The conversion rates show how many applicants were moved forward from the previous category.

  • The Funnel view follows a chronological order. The applicant must have completed a previous category, to be moved forward.

Conversion rates by applicant source

  • The conversion rates show what source performed best by each category.

  • The Source information is taken from the candidate's profile. It might be an integrated job board, your mailbox, manual addition, or a public source.

The Funnel view requires that the stages of your projects are assigned with a category. You will still find the project stages customizable and flexible at any time you need, but each customized stage should fit one of the general categories.

It is possible to switch your instance to use custom stage categories from organization settings.

Performance reports and visual charts

In addition to the funnel view, the Recruitment Performance dashboard offers more statistics to help you retrieve visual statistics for your projects:

  • Finished projects + time to hire

    • how many projects were finished

    • based on finished projects, what was the average time to hire in days

  • Where do hires come from?

    • shows the proportions of different candidate sources for the Hired category

  • Why do candidates drop out?

    • shows the proportions of dropout reasons for the Dropped Out category

  • Candidate submission sources

    • shows the proportions of candidate sources for the Submissions category

  • Email message conversions

    • open and click rates with conversions

The performance reports and graphs do not require that all stages have assigned categories. But Teamdash may indicate a lack of data in that case.

Frequently asked questions

By default, Teamdash shows the statistics by month. You can easily group the performance numbers by week or quarter as well. In addition, can switch to a set past period or choose your custom dates:

How can I exclude some projects?

The Funnel View and Performance charts follow set filters. You can apply default filters, custom filters created by project custom fields, or make a name search to retrieve information by one specific project:

Can I download the statistics?

You can download projects as a .xlsx file. Set filters will apply to the download.

All Recruitment Performance charts allow Copy Image, and when switched to table view, you can easily paste the table to an Excel or Sheets file.
We recommend sharing access with your hiring managers and letting them retrieve visual information straight from the Teamdash dashboard.
