Connect your MS account with your Teamdash user account

  • Integration type: Microsoft Teams calls

  • The integration is private - it's connected with a personal Outlook account that only the user itself can use.

How to set up the integration?

  1. Go to Teamdash settings and open Integrations menu

  2. Click on ‘+ Add integration

  3. Choose Type ‘Microsoft Teams calls

  4. Name the integration - it can be a friendly reference seen internally

  5. Switch ON Private integration - it's connected with a personal Microsoft account that only the user itself can use.

  6. Choose if you wish to enable AI-powered transcripts and summaries from Teams calls. To enable, please consider:

    1. the AI functionalities must be enabled for your instance.

    2. it requires permissions for your events and recordings.

  7. click Save - you'll be redirected to the Microsoft authentication flow. Depending on your Microsoft role, additional Admin approval may be needed.

You have now set up MS Teams calls integration!

After integrating with Teams, you can create Teams video call links straight from Teamdash.
If you use the default Teamdash setup without the Teams integration, you can create video calls via Teamdash. The video call functionality is built into the software and is available for all subscriptions.
