How can I use text messaging on Teamdash?
Give us a notice and we’ll activate the service. We offer the SMS service with the help of Twilio. The service activation may take up to 5 working days and is free of charge. We will provide you with a phone number to send SMS texts to Candidates.
How much will it cost?
The price of an SMS depends on your location. Twilio's pricelist differs by country. For example, in Estonia, the price for one SMS is 0.09€. Each month Twilio will invoice you depending on the amount of sent-out text messages.
Can candidates reply to the SMS?
Yes, they can. Both sent out and received text messages are visible on the Candidate profile SMS tab.
Why use text messages?
An SMS is an efficient reminder about upcoming interviews or events. You can ensure that the information reaches the candidate and will not get lost in incoming emails.
