You can log in to your account from your company’s instance. Each new client gets a unique instance, for example yourcompanyname.teamdash.com. You can check the address of your company's page from an invitation sent to join Teamdash.

Go to your company's address and if your login session has ended, log in or request a new password link via “I forgot my password”.
