I’m having a group interview but I need to reschedule one candidate. How can I do it?

You can cancel one candidate from a group interview. Open the confirmed time slot from your calendar view and delete the concerning candidate from the Interviewees list.

If the removed candidate wishes to select a new time, they can open their original URL invite - after canceling, the stots choice is again available. You can also create a new invite or add them to another existing set.

The Reschedule button applies to the whole event. Therefore rescheduling a group interview will change the interview time for all participants.

Can I delete open slots for a group interview?

Yes, if the time slot doesn’t have any confirmed candidates, you can remove it from the invite. Open your Calendar menu and Edit Interview Invite from the Name column.
