Creating different image categories for job ads

Teamdash makes managing images for career pages and job ads easy with its Picture bank categories. Recruiters can upload and store images that can be used across landing pages. This allows teams to maintain a consistent visual style and quickly reuse approved images when creating or updating landing pages.

While Teamdash creates a tab of Previously Uploaded photos by default, creating your own custom Picture Bank categories helps to find and use photos in a more efficient way.

Custom image categories

You can create custom image categories under the Picture bank categories menu.

  • Click on the button "+Add a picture bank category"

  • Name the custom category (acts as a folder to manage photos in Teamdash)

  • The custom category will then appear under the Landing Page tool

You don’t need to upload or manage photos individually under the Picture Bank categories menu. Instead, you can create a custom Picture Bank view under Job Ads.

Custom categories allow teams to organize uploaded images based on their intended use (e.g., banners, team photos, office images, consent photos and CVI/branding materials), ensuring that all visuals are structured and easy to find when building or updating landing pages.

Selecting images from the picture bank for landing pages

  • When designing landing pages with the landing page builder, choosing a photo for a relevant block opens up the Image Editor modal

  • Under the From Picture Bank tab, recruiters can see Custom Categories for images. Images uploaded previously or without a selected category will appear under the “Uncategorized” toggle

  • When uploading new photos, recruiters can assign the category right away
