Product Updates | April

  • Reports Now Out of Beta ⭐ - Reports have officially moved out of Beta and added a new User Activity Report.

  • Multi-Tenant Microsoft SSO Support - Organizations can now use multiple Microsoft authentication providers simultaneously for SSO login.

  • Submission-Only Stage Selection for Job Ads - Organizations can now limit job ad publishing to submission-type stages only through a new setting under Organization Settings → Project. When enabled, only submission stages can be selected when exporting new job ads.

  • New Talent Pool Stage Category Filter - Talent Pool searches can now be filtered by stage category, such as Hired or candidates without active projects.

  • CV Online Landing Image Export Automation - Landing pages can now automatically be sent to CV Online as high-quality images without manual exporting.

    • To enable this, go to the integration and edit. Select the option "Send the landing page as an image instead of a landing page."

  • Calendar Integration Permissions Update - Calendar integrations can now be created without requiring the User.ReadBasic.All Microsoft permissions.

  • Custom Fields Migration - Project, requisition, and candidate custom fields are being migrated into the new unified custom fields system.

  • Improvements:

    • Picture Bank Search - Picture bank searches are now faster and provide more accurate category-based results.

    • Landing Page Flow - Users are now warned before publishing landing pages without projects.

  • AI-Powered CV Screening Updates ⭐ -Improvements to the AI Screener for smarter and more efficient candidate evaluation.

  • Project-Based Report Filtering - Reports can now be filtered by a specific project for more precise insights.

  • Enhanced SMS Functionality - SMS messaging now supports sending forms, video interview invites, and GDPR consent requests.

Product Updates | February

  • Reports (BETA) Improvements - Activities and stage entries reports have been moved to the Reports (BETA) tab. Candidate progression now includes Sankey and table visualisations.

  • Enhanced Project Status Report - The Project Status report now includes additional fields for easier filtering.

  • Improved Talent Pool privacy - When Teams and private talent pools are enabled, selecting a project is now required when sending messages or adding comments to candidates via the Talent Pool, ensuring only the right people can see them.

  • Improvements to Meeting Room picker - All meeting rooms in the organisation are now visible and are no longer limited by location.

  • Improved File Virus Scanning - Users now have a clearer visual overview of which files have been scanned and confirmed safe.

  • Reorder Collapsed Stages - Collapsed stages in the project view can now be reordered.

Product Updates | January

  • Confidential job requisitions - Create job requisitions that are visible to select users.

  • Added "days in project" to the candidate card - See how long a candidate has been in the hiring process directly on the candidate card.

  • Improvement to Indeed and LinkedIn export - Removed the 30-day limit on application deadlines when exporting jobs to Indeed and LinkedIn.

  • Improvement to Multi-lingual career and landing pages - When creating a landing page from a template, languages are no longer preselected - you can choose only the ones you need.

  • Assessment Message Templates - Use message templates when sending assessments (e.g. Tripod), just like with other message templates.
