Benefits

  • Reach more candidates: Let people read and apply in their preferred language, increasing trust and application rates.

  • One page, many languages: Manage all translations in one place. No more duplicate pages or workarounds.

  • AI-assisted translation: Fill missing translations in seconds to get live faster.

  • Consistent brand experience: Keep your job ads and career pages aligned across regions.

  • Flexible and scalable: Add, remove, and reorder languages anytime as your hiring needs change.

How to set up for success

This is an optional add-on that needs to be enabled for your account. If you’d like a demo or quote, reach out to your Customer Success Manager -

Once enabled, you can translate:

  • Regular job ad landing pages

  • Careers pages

  • Landing page templates

How it works

1) Add and manage languages

When the add-on is activated, you’ll see a new Languages menu in the landing page builder’s top bar.

Click Manage languages to:

  • Add a new language

  • Set a default language (⭐) - moves it to the top of the list automatically for you

  • Translate missing texts with AI

  • Remove a language

  • Reorder languages (this controls the order candidates see)

2) Preview and edit per language

Select a language from the top bar to preview how the landing page will look for candidates in that language.

  • If a text is missing in the selected language, Teamdash will fall back to the default language.

  • If it’s missing there too, it will fall back to the first language that contains content for that text.

  • Any edits you make are saved only under the currently active language, so you stay in control of each translation.

Note: If you have multi-lingual forms created with a matching language, the relevant language in the form will automatically update for your candidates:

3) Candidate language picker

As soon as your landing page contains two or more languages, candidates will see a language picker on the logo block.
(For now, the picker always appears there and can’t be moved or hidden. We may add more control options later.)

4) Spot what still needs translating

If any text is missing in some languages, you’ll see a small warning icon with the flags of the languages that still need content—making it easy to tidy things up before publishing.

Creating new pages with multiple languages

  • From a multi-lingual Landing Page template: you can choose which languages to include in the new landing page.

  • From scratch: all default texts are assigned to your currently active Teamdash language, so you can start editing straight away without extra setup.

Where you’ll see languages at a glance

With the add-on enabled, your landing pages list will display the languages included under each landing page title—so your team instantly knows what’s live.

Tips

  • Set your primary language as default: this helps with clean fallbacks if some translations are still in progress.

  • Translate with AI, then review: AI gets you 90-100% there fast—final human checks keep tone of voice and terminology on brand.

  • Start small, scale up: add one or two priority languages first, then grow as your hiring expands.
