The Teamdash–Tripod integration allows you to send candidate assessments directly from Teamdash and open the completed results right inside the candidate’s profile under the Assessments tab.
How does this work?
After you set up the Teamdash–Tripod integration, an Assessments tab appears on each candidate profile.
From there, you can send Tripod assessments to candidates, and when an assessment is completed, the results are automatically returned and can be opened from the candidate’s Assessments tab in Teamdash.
This centralizes assessment handling, removes manual tracking, and helps your hiring team review results faster.
Integration set up
Navigate to the Integrations menu and click 'Add integration'
Choose Tripod.ee from the 'Type' menu, and you will see the following form:

How to send Tripod assessments to a candidate through Teamdash?
Open the candidate profile in the project
Go to the Assessments tab and click on the + Book assessment(s) button
Select the appropriate Tripod assessment(s) and send it directly to the candidate using the messaging function. Feel free to customize the message.
Once the candidate finishes the assessment, you will receive a notification to your email, and you can open the results file under the Assessments tab in the candidate’s profile — all in one place.
FAQ
The assessments don’t show up – why is that?
If the Tripod assessment list is empty, it’s usually caused by one of the following:
There is no integration made
Make sure that the integration is created and active.
If the Tripod integration is user-specific (set as Private)
If the integration was created by another user and marked as private, it will only be visible to that user. Make sure the integration is created under your own account when using private integrations.
Permissions are missing in Tripod
Even if the integration exists, missing permissions on the Tripod side can prevent assessments from appearing.
There may be a short delay
After creating or updating the integration, changes can take up to 30 minutes to appear. Refresh the page after waiting.
