The Teamdash–BambooHR integration allows you to seamlessly transfer candidate information from Teamdash into BambooHR once a candidate is marked as Hired.
How does this work?
Candidate details (such as position name, candidate name, email, phone number) collected in Teamdash are sent to BambooHR.
A new candidate or employee (based on chosen option) profile is created in BambooHR with the transferred information, so your HR team can immediately continue the offer/onboarding process.
This eliminates manual data entry and reduces the risk of errors.
Integration set up
Navigate to the Integrations menu and click 'Add integration'
Choose Bamboo HR from the 'Type' menu, and you will see the following form:
Add the username, which is the subdomain name you use for logging in to BambooHR.
Add the API key. This can be found in BambooHR by clicking there on the BambooHR logo in the top right corner, and choosing 'API Keys'.
Then to Push candidates so they appear as candidates and not employees in BambooHR, tick the checkbox (as seen above)

How to send candidate information to BambooHR?
Open the candidate profile in the project
While on the first, Basic tab, scroll down and find the 'Send to Bamboo' button:
You can choose from your list of jobs that we pull from BambooHR, which job the candidate is assigned to.
Details will be sent to BambooHR immediately.
