The Teamdash project view offers many ways to sort candidates in stages. One of them is AI-powered Similarity to selected:

How to sort by similarity?
Select one or more candidate profiles you seem fit for the position and who would act as benchmarks for finding similar applicants.
Click Sort ➝ Similarity to Selected and let Teamdash take it from there.
The benchmarked profiles will be shown as a 100% fit. The AI will list next potentially suitable applicants by the similarity match:
Teamdash recommends to select multiple candidates for the best results. The best choice of “benchmark” candidates is diverse in diversity parameters, but uniform in work-related skills and experience.
While the similarity fit is calculated from the information in candidate CVs, all personal information is excluded from the process. This prevents sorting candidates by any personal characteristics and helps to avoid bias in finding similar applicants.
