Teamdash offers an automated stage action called Auto-Add tags AI.
The recruiter can set a range of tags as keywords you would wish to find from submitted candidate information. AI assigns tags to candidate profiles based on various attributes, such as skills, experience, education, and keywords extracted from resumes or application materials.
The Action Name is internally visible in Teamdash. We recommend the trigger to be fully automatic, e.g after a certain time in stage.
Choose tags from the existing Tags selection you wish AI to look for and automatically add.
In addition, we recommend to give the AI context via the "Add the tag if..." prompt field.
